The first step, and a very important one indeed, is for our team to have a complete understanding of our client’s goals and objectives. This is where we will define the scope of work and develop an execution plan that will set the stage and act as the roadmap to success.

Now that we have a clear perspective of what will be required to achieve the desired outcome, it is time to put rhyme to reason. Our design team will work closely with the client in creating a highly intuitive graphical interface.

After the design phase has been completed, it is sometimes necessary to rework the project scope, as the design phase has a natural tendency to provoke ideas which may impact the structure of the project. At this time any changes are identified and are incorporated into the project completion plan.

All of the preliminary dependencies are in place and we now have a realistic view of what is required to embark on the development process. It is at this time where all of the documents are drafted, and are then submitted to the client for final review.

Known internally as "The Three C's", it is now time to take the design documents and bring them to life. Each of our clients will now be granted access to our unique real time project extranet, X2. Through X2 our clients are able to see the status of their project at anytime day or night, send us immediate feedback, and even upload pertinent documents. This allows us to maintain an open stream of communication with our clients and keep them involved during the entire process.

The project has now been entirely developed, successfully passed our rigorous testing and is ready for deployment. Once the client signs off on the acceptance documentation, or has provided us with their seal of approval, we will deliver the project in all required formats and make any necessary environment modifications.
